Dr. Mahmoud Hussein, our Founding Partner, recently appeared on behalf of the Claimant in a Case Management Conference before the DIFC Court of First Instance in the matter of AS World Group Holding Limited v. Sajid Barkat Ali Barkat registered under DIFC Claim No. CFI-087-2021.

The matter relates to a civil fraud claim brought by the Claimant in which the Defendant is alleged to have misappropriated company funds to the tune of circa AED 4 Million.
