As an Associate in the Litigation Department at M&CO Legal, he is responsible for drafting legal memorandums, preparing case documents and execution files, managing submission requests, and participating in expert meetings to support the litigation process effectively.
In addition to his litigation role, Shokr leads the Execution Department at M&CO Legal, where he oversees all aspects of enforcement proceedings. He has successfully managed numerous execution cases, including the enforcement of local and foreign judgments, arbitration awards, and court orders. His core responsibility is to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of legal procedures, with a strong emphasis on recovering client entitlements through strategic and results-driven execution practices.

Shokr has extensive experience in drafting legal memorandums, expert reports, legal notices, and settlement agreements, as well as conducting legal research and preparing comprehensive case analyses. He is particularly skilled in drafting and filing rental lawsuits, including urgent applications and temporary relief measures, before rental dispute committees throughout the United Arab Emirates. His work consistently reflects a deep understanding of procedural requirements and attention to detail, ensuring the effective presentation of clients’ claims and defenses.
In addition, Shokr has played a key role in the enforcement of arbitration awards and court judgments issued by UAE courts at all levels, including those from the DIFC, GCC jurisdictions, and foreign courts. He has successfully handled numerous execution proceedings across various Emirates, attending court hearings, expert meetings, and liaising with enforcement officers and judges. His ability to manage the entire enforcement process – from initiating execution files to recovering assets – has led to the successful recovery of substantial sums for clients and reinforced his reputation as a reliable and result-oriented legal professional.
