Our Founding Partner, Dr. Mahmood Hussain, served as moderator for the panel, which featured distinguished speakers from across the region and beyond, including Antonia Birt (Reed Smith LLP), Karam Farah (ICC Arbitration), Saad Hegazy (Resolve International), Sally Kotb (Baker McKenzie), and Faris Nasrallah (Crescent Petroleum). The discussion explored the future of arbitration in the MENA region, leadership within the field, and the role of innovation and collaboration in shaping the next chapter of dispute resolution.
Closing remarks were delivered by our Senior Associate, Ayesha Zia, who reflected on M&CO Legal’s ongoing support of platforms that foster meaningful dialogue and development within the legal and ADR communities.
