Last week, our Managing Partner, Mr. Hafidh Thani, had the pleasure of participating in the International Trademark Association (INTA)’s Intellectual Property, Finance, and Valuation Workshop, held at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The workshop marked the official opening of INTA’s Middle East Representative Office in Dubai and concluded the Association’s global series, following successful editions in London, New York, and Singapore.
Mr. Hafidh contributed to Panel 3: “From Innovation to Exit: IP as a Strategic Asset in SME Exit Planning,” moderated by Hady M. Khawand, Founder & CEO of AIP Genius (AÏP). The discussion focused on how intellectual property (IP) is increasingly recognized as a strategic driver of value, investment, and resilience in SME growth and exit strategies.
It was inspiring to exchange perspectives with fellow experts and witness the growing recognition of IP not only as a legal safeguard but as a strategic business asset within the region’s innovation and financing ecosystem.
