Our Managing Partner, Mr. Hafidh Thani, recently delivered a presentation on “Doing Business in the UAE” during our visit to Singapore on 23rd April, 2025.
The presentation focused on attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to the UAE by highlighting key industries pivotal for investment, outlining the legal and administrative frameworks of the UAE’s various free zones, and showcasing a wide range of incentive programs tailored for foreign investors. It was further supported by relevant data, government initiatives, and customized programs that ease market entry and provide substantial benefits to international businesses.
Following the presentation, Mr. Thani also participated in a panel discussion titled “The ‘How-To’ Guide for Businesses to Set Up and Thrive in the UAE,” moderated by Rajah & Tann Asia. The fireside chat, led by Michelle Li, featured distinguished speakers including Dr Brian Shegar from the UAE Singapore Business Council and Malcolm Leoi from Dubai Chambers, and explored key considerations for Singaporean companies entering the UAE market.
