Fawzy is a bilingual associate who joined the Litigation Department at M & CO Legal. By the end of year 2022, Fawzy has worked in top tier law firms in Egypt prior to joining the firm, being an admitted Advocate to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2018, where he has strengthened his legal knowledge by wide practice in various areas of law.
Fawzy has participated in several extracurricular activities when acquiring his L.L.B, as being the President of the Students Council of the Faculty of Law – English Department – Cairo University.
Furthermore, he is an effective team player possessing the important ability to offer a strong attention to accuracy and excellent critical thinking and research skills.
EXPERIENCE
Fawzy has 5 years of experience in an extensive range of industries in Egypt & UAE by representing national and multinational clients on complex commercial, civil & intellectual property disputes within the jurisdictions of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
Fawzy has enhanced his legal knowledge and education by doing post-graduate studies and acquiring a pre-master diploma degree in Administrative Law and by acquiring advanced WIPO certificates in Intellectual Property Law.
Fawzy has vast experience in reviewing, drafting, and preparing legal paperwork and, he attends the hearings before different judicial committees. Also, he has experience in negotiations and mediation in judicial disputes.
FOCUS AREA
Fawzy has experience in various areas of law with a focus on commercial, civil and intellectual property disputes as areas of expertise, in addition to Labor & complex rental/tenancy disputes. Fawzy participates in providing clients with complex legal opinions on the aforementioned areas among others.
