Alwiya is an advocate in the litigation department at Dr. Mahmood Hussain Advocates and
Legal Consultancy (MHLF), she has experience in all major areas of law and practice in the
UAE, including Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law and other areas of Litigation.
As a UAE National, Alwiya represents clients before UAE Federal Courts and Dubai Courts
Experience
Before joining MHLF, Alwiya was an Advocate at Mariam Ibrahim Alameri Advocates and
Legal Consultancy, where she attained her first experience as an advocate. She attended
hearings, represented client’s cases in courts, following up on executions in related
government intuitions.
Focus Area
Alwiya’s areas of expertise span civil, criminal law, finance and investigations. As such, Alwiya
provides advisory in the aforementioned fields alongside criminal defense, court litigation,
legal counsel, in addition to the provision of pro bono cases.
