Before joining M&CO, Alwiya was an Advocate at Mariam Ibrahim Alameri Advocates and Legal Consultancy, where she attained her first experience as an advocate. She attended hearings, represented clients’ cases in courts, followed up on executions in related government institutions. Over the years, she has participated in more than 400 court sessions, handled various complaints with police stations and the Public Prosecution, and accompanied legal procedures from the investigation stage through to court rulings.
Alwiya’s practice focuses on a broad range of dispute resolution and advisory matters, including Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Labour Law, and Family Law. She is experienced in legal research, court procedures, and liaison with police and prosecution authorities.
