She then moved to a boutique law firm in Dubai, leading the transactions for corporate clients within the said firm, which included publicly-listed companies, fundraises, and hospitality groups. In her career, she has worked with transactions exceeding AED 100 million in value and routinely dealt with complex real estate, investments or otherwise structuring transactions to find the best-suited solution for her clients. Her professional journey in the corporate and commercial realm stems from finding a commercially viable solution and she is drawn into changing dynamics and evolution of the transactions and negotiations her versatile experience across different industries and countries provides her an edge over matters beyond the purely legal facets.
