El-Sayed Mohamed has more than ten (10) years of experience in the UAE handling both Criminal and Civil Litigation in a wide array of industries.
El-Sayed represents both corporate and individual clients in civil and commercial proceedings, particularly in, real estate, construction, engineering, financial services, and trademark disputes. He is a member of Legal Consultant Registered with Bar Council of Egypt. He is currently the Head of the Litigation Department mentoring and supervising the Litigation team at M&CO Legal.
He has been also advising clients on complex disputes, including, but not limited to, bankruptcy proceedings and shareholder disputes in the UAE.
EXPERIENCE
His experience covers every aspect of real estate and construction disputes, in addition to, advising on jurisdiction issues, employment-related matters, disposals of commercial, industrial, and secured finance, and leasing. He has particular expertise in real estate joint ventures.
El-Sayed also has considerable experience in handling contentious and non-contentious construction and real estate matters.

He has obtained very successful judgments in defending clients in commercial disputes, including, but not limited to, representing financial institutions, public companies, and individuals in matters, related to corporate and commercial disputes.
