SUMMARY PROFILE
Lien is an Executive Associate of the Corporate department at M&CO Legal. She is an LLB graduate from the University of Westminster in London and has further passed the New York State Bar Exam in October 2021. She is an Associate with proven time management and collaboration skills developed from living and blending with different cultures among European and Middle Eastern countries.
Her role at the firm includes but is not limited to, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and legal opinions, advising clients on corporate structuring, employment disputes, and other general corporate and commercial matters.
Lien also assists on local government matters. She has on-the-ground experience assisting local and regional clients in their transactions before government ministries, agencies, departments, and free zone authorities. With such experience, she assists multinational and local companies on corporate law matters starting from the incorporation of mainland and free zone entities and drafting ancillary documents and agreements, including but not limited to, articles of association and shareholders agreements.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining our law firm, Lien developed strong legal, interpersonal, and communication skills in particular by volunteering and interning at legal departments in legal and non-legal firms where she performed legal research activities and administrative duties that developed her ability to use tact and judgment ensuring that she analyses facts and draw logical legal conclusions.

Lien has experience in commercial and corporate transactions, with a specific focus on company formation and drafting the associated commercial contracts as well as advising on applicable corporate governance rules.
