Prior to this, Mohamed served as a Primary Court Judge for three years, presiding over civil and criminal matters and issuing reasoned judgments based on applicable law and careful evidence assessment, gaining extensive exposure to courtroom advocacy, procedural compliance, and judicial discretion.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mohamed spent seven years as a Public Prosecutor in Egypt, conducting investigations, evaluating evidence, and prosecuting criminal cases before various court levels, thereby building a strong foundation in legal analysis, charge framing, and evidentiary assessment. This combination of prosecutorial, judicial, and private practice experience equips Mohamed with a unique dual-perspective approach to litigation and dispute resolution, enabling him to deliver practical, risk-focused, and highly strategic legal advice.
