Her academic and professional background has equipped her to work effectively across the UAE’s principal legal jurisdictions, including the DIFC, ADGM, various free zones, and the mainland. Being fluent in both English and Arabic enables her to engage confidently with a broad client base.
She began her legal career at M&CO Legal from the ground up, initially joining as an intern. Her dedication and sharp thinking quickly earned her a well-deserved position as a Junior Associate.
Nada assists in advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including company formations across UAE jurisdictions, business structuring, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial instruments such as sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, franchise and IP licensing contracts. Her experience also includes supporting complex transactions and company redomiciliation. She adopts a client-focused approach, offering tailored solutions to multinational corporations, high-profile clients, and government entities.
