SUMMARY PROFILE
Osha is an advocate in the litigation department at Dr. Mahmood Hussain Advocates and Legal Consultancy (MHLF), she has experience in all major areas of law and practice in the UAE, including Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law and other areas of Litigation.
As a UAE National, Osha represents clients before UAE Federal Courts, Dubai Courts, and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.
Experience
Before joining MHLF, Osha was an Advocate at Hussain Mohamed Al Hosani Advocates and Legal Consultancy, where she attained her first experience as an advocate. She attended hearings, represented client’s cases in courts, following up on executions in related government intuitions.
She also acts as an instructor and Mentor for the Litigation department interns.
Focus Area
Osha’s areas of expertise span civil, criminal law, finance and investigations. As such, Osha provides advisory in the aforementioned fields alongside criminal defense, court litigation, legal counsel, in addition to the provision of pro bono cases.
