Khaled is a Paralegal in the Litigation department at M&CO Legal. During his employment with the firm, Khaled has been actively involved in various aspects of the Firm’s practice and is a key member of the team in matters/disputes of Employment, Property, Construction, Criminal, Trademark, and Personal Status.

In addition to being a member of the Litigation Department at M&CO Legal, Khaled works closely with the Arbitration team and regularly assists with drafting, reviewing, and legal research.
He is a highly motivated and dedicated legal professional with a passion for dispute resolution.

Experience

Khaled is a qualified lawyer in Egypt & Registered member of the Egyptian Bar Association as a lawyer of the first instance. Before joining us as a Paralegal, He was Our Intern in the litigation Department for 5 months giving him experience in handling various litigation cases. Khaled has completed an Internship in Al Hamra Real Estate Development LLC – RAK-UAE, as well as other Companies and Law Firms in the legal field. With a specialization in handling Rental disputes and Reviewing Contracts. Khaled has consistently delivered exceptional results in Assisting his team & clients.

Focus Area

Khaled have a Diploma in Translating legal documents & The Language of Contracts Certified by Cambridge Law Studio Ltd, which enhanced his bilingual drafting of contracts, in addition to his focus in Labor & complex rental/tenancy disputes while being an intern in Al Hamra Real Estate Development.
