Experience
Shokr has vast experience preparing memos, and reports, drafting motions, legal briefs, and other research findings as required. Prior to joining M&CO Legal, Shokr was a legal researcher in a prior law firm where he attained his first-hand experience with all litigation-related matters. He has first-hand experience when dealing with, the registration of cases in Dubai Courts and Abu Dhabi courts, including all federal courts. Shokr attends the hearings before the Rental Disputes Centre, Judicial committees, settlement dispute centers, and the Case Management Office and understands the processes and requirements undergone which translate to a smooth process for the client.
Focus Area
His main focus is on civil and commercial cases and has undergone more than 250 executions. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of domestic laws and regulations have assisted him in earning our clients’ confidence and assurance.
