Our team recently attended the International Bar Association’s Litigating in the Middle East event held on February 9th-10th, 2025, in Abu Dhabi. Our founding partner moderated an insightful session on Navigating Dispute Resolution Mechanisms: From Litigation to ADR, where they led a dynamic discussion on key trends and mechanisms in commercial dispute resolution. The session explored the distinctions between onshore and offshore commercial courts in the Middle East and delved into the growing importance of compulsory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The event provided an excellent platform for networking with legal experts from across the globe.
