Our founding partner moderated an insightful session on Navigating Dispute Resolution Mechanisms: From Litigation to ADR, where they led a dynamic discussion on key trends and mechanisms in commercial dispute resolution. The session explored the distinctions between onshore and offshore commercial courts in the Middle East and delved into the growing importance of compulsory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
